The style is called Soo Bahk Do, a Korean style and similar to the Tai Kwon Do that many recognize. I am now an Ee Dan, or 2nd degree black belt. The Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan is a world-wide organization of some of the greatest people I have ever known. The quality control is next to none. There is a lot to be said here, but I’ll go one step at a time. That’s me on the right. We are being led by the highest level instructor in our studio, Sa Bom Nim Lydia Chu, a 5th degree in our art.
